How to cancel your account
To cancel your Fectiv account follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
2. Click the Settings icon next to “Log out.”
3. Select Manage Automatic Payments under “Financial Information”.
4. Select the Fectiv agreement you want to cancel…

It should never be hard to cancel an account. Fectiv believe this because you should never be annoyed when leaving any company’s subscription payments process. Having full control over your account status is important.
With Fectiv you have two ways to cancel your account and your website. Those two ways are “Automatic” and “Manual”. We recommend you follow the automatic way first and if you have any difficulty you can revert to the manual way.
The automatic way will direct you from Fectiv platform directly to the right place inside PayPal so you can cancel with ease. If you have problems getting inside the Fectiv platform that’s no problem either, because you can still cancel the manual way by logging into PayPal directly and following the instructions below.

Remember, when you cancel you authorize your website, hosting and emails to be deleted. So if you need to backup anything do that first.
To cancel your Fectiv account inside the Fectiv platform follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Fectiv account at www.fectiv.com.
2. Click the Settings icon next to “Log out.”
3. Click Cancel Account and follow the prompts.
You will be redirected to a cancellation page inside PayPal where you can cancel all payments. Fectiv will receive the PayPal notification of your cancelled payments and will then proceed to cancel your website, hosting and branded email. To delete your domain you will need to refer with your domain name registrar for cancellation.
